Training & Quality Assurance Coordinator - Paeroa
Are you a hands-on person who loves detail but also enjoys getting out and about to support others in doing their best work? We are looking for a Training & Quality Assurance champion to join our team in a varied and challenging role based at our head office in Ngaruawahia.
Working within our Government-funded insulation programme, you’ll be our procedural and technical expert, helping ensure every install is safe, compliant, and completed to a high standard. As one of the largest contracted service providers to the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, we deliver subsidised insulation retrofits to homes across New Zealand, and this role is critical to maintaining the quality outcomes we expect from our nationwide installer network.
You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team that’s fast-paced, ambitious, and passionate about what we do. We’re looking for someone who matches our energy, thrives under pressure, and takes real pride in their work! You might be a current H&S Coordinator/Quality Assurance wanting more variety, someone from the construction industry ready for a new challenge, or someone in admin or customer service and keen to get off the desk and into the field.
This is a hybrid role, split between office-based job processing and in-market training for our sub-contractors and installers. You’ll be crawling under houses and in ceilings, so you’ll need to be physically fit and confident communicating with others.Regular national travel is part of the role, as you’ll be delivering hands-on training and quality assurance in the field.
You’ll be the go-to person for installation quality issues, technical queries, and programme health and safety. Alongside this, you’ll be tracking performance, analysing data, and helping refine our systems and reporting to support continuous improvement across the programme.If you know your way around NZS 4246, even better! We’ll provide full training and support, but you’ll need a can-do attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a natural ability to lead and energise those around you!
