If you enjoy working hands-on across multiple departments and you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for others, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make your mark. This role will cover all departments, including Reception, Food and Beverage (often as a Duty Manager), and Housekeeping.This role reports in to our General Manager, working with them to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The successful applicant will have a true passion for delighting guests and offering a memorable experience tailored to the needs of each guest.
They will also have strong interpersonal skills and must work well in a team environment, have the ability to work well under pressure, and have well developed organizational and time management skills.
This is a full time permanent position, with accommodation provided on-site at a cost. The successful applicant for this role must live on-site and will have after-hour duties as needed.
To be successful you will require:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Guest Service Supervisor role, Duty Manager role, or similar.
- Duty Manager Certificate or the ability to gain one.
