Assistant Manager - Christchurch - ref. z2693023

We are the largest Korean food product supplier in Christchurch and are looking for Assistant Manager to join our team.

The position is full time (30 hours minimum per week). Maximum work hours may reach but will not exceed 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $27 gross per hour.

The position will involve tasks of primarily assisting our management in product selection, ordering stock management, sales/promotion activities, records management, general HR duties, safety and compliance. Another key factor of the job is handling placement of orders from Korea as well as dealing with sale of our products to the Korean purchasers in Christchurch – hence fluent written and spoken Korean is required.

The successful candidate must be suitably qualified (relevant tertiary level qualification) and have a very good understanding and knowledge in Korean food products (work experience in this area will be a big plus).
