Job Description

Create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences within the JB Direct Sales Team, by delivering high quality product and service solutions on every occasion over the Phone and via Live Chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating “Raving Fans”
Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modules
Participating in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate required sales behaviours
Understand the JB HiFi 5 Steps of Selling and demonstrate in all customer interactions
Working efficiently and multitasking where required to manage incoming call and chat volumes
  • Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modules

  • Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
  • Remain relevant and up to date with new products and services
  • Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Management Team, where required, in daily operational aspects and tasks.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience in high achieving teams (preferred not mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability in required competencies
  • Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences
  • Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday including late night between the hours of 5PM-9PM
