This role will see you providing operational management, and day-to-day clinical leadership across the ward.Reporting directly to the Charge Nurse Manager, and strongly supported by a tight knit team, you'll foster a culture within the unit that continues to strive for excellence in clinical services and focuses on patient centred care.Key accountabilities of this role include:strategic leadershipstaff educationdevelopment and recruitmentfinancial managementproduction planningreport writingquality and risk management.Operationally, you will turn your hand to supervision, mentoring, and developing relationships through close liaison with other services, both internal and external.About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand
