The Role
We’re on the lookout for a NZ-qualified / experienced builders who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, working closely with our operations team, and leading by example on site.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out and oversee renovation and building projects from start to completion
- Read and interpret architectural plans and construction drawings
- Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with NZ building codes and health & safety requirements
- Manage timelines and contribute to efficient project delivery
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team
- NZ Qualified / Experienced Builder (must be living in New Zealand)
- A solid set of hand tools (at minimum)
- Proven experience in residential renovations
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, tools, and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- A professional attitude and commitment to quality
