This role offers diverse and meaningful clinical work across trauma, attachment, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex mental health presentations, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, sustainable caseloads, and ongoing professional growth.About the Team/Service/LocationThe Adolescent Mental Health Team in Tauranga is a collaborative multidisciplinary service made up of psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and community partners working together to support rangatahi and their whānau.
The service provides a clear pathway for psychological intervention, including psychometric assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic support. You bring strong clinical reasoning, confidence in assessment and formulation, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships within a culturally responsive framework.
