Maintenance Manager – Aluminium Joinery

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take charge of on-site maintenance and remedial work across our aluminium joinery products. If you're confident on the tools, know your joinery inside-out, and can handle the curveballs that come with client-facing work — this could be your next move.
The Role:This is a hands-on position completing on-site maintenance and remedial work on aluminium windows, doors, and hardware — ensuring everything is functioning as intended. You’ll be working in client-facing environments, so professionalism, good communication, and a tidy presentation are key.
You’ll also need to be someone who can think on your feet and adapt to urgent issues or daily changes as they come up.
What You’ll Do:- Troubleshoot and repair joinery faults (hardware, glazing, framing, finishing)
- Manage and close out maintenance tasks — including client communication and daily scheduling
- Provide technical guidance to the team and support quality control
- Work closely with our Operations Manager and Production Team
- You’ll be part of a tight team, helping our Production Team on the factory floor to meet deadlines
- Occasionally work overtime to meet deadlines or handle time-sensitive jobs
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance or aluminium joinery roles
- Full technical knowledge of aluminium joinery systems and manufacturing
- Confident working with window and door hardware, glazing, seals, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret technical joinery drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with a good attitude and tidy on-site presentation
