We are a Joinery and aluminium fabrication business looking for a versatile Aluminium Production & Sales Estimator to join our team. Whether your experience is in factory/production management, sales and estimating, or a blend of both, we are open to shaping the role around your strengths.

• Managing factory workflow, staff, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing accurate and timely quotes for aluminium joinery projects.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Liaising with clients, builders, and architects to clarify project details and scope.
• Maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of projects.
• Supporting business growth by refining and developing the role over time.
• Following up on quotes, providing technical advice, and closing sales where necessary.

• Experience in aluminium joinery, fabrication, estimating, or sales (must-have).
• Strong background in production management or sales estimating—or both.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a practical approach to project execution.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work independently.

Bonus points for:

• Experience using V6 or similar quoting software.
• Knowledge of aluminium systems (e.g. Altus, APL, etc.).
• A background in production or installation—experience “on the tools” is a plus.

• You have experience in joinery, aluminium fabrication, or a similar trade.
• You’re organised, proactive, and confident leading others.
• You have a passion for producing high-quality work and getting the details right.
• You’re approachable, honest, and a strong communicator.
• You enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and leading a team.

• Managing day-to-day factory operations, scheduling, and staff.
