About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Marketing Specialist ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. You’ll help shape and deliver marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms - supporting our growth and amplifying the work we do for customers around the country.
In this role, you’ll craft customer-focused content, lead digital campaigns, and continuously look for ways to improve how we connect with our audience. From working alongside our sales team to launching your own creative ideas, this is a hands-on opportunity to grow your marketing toolkit in a supportive and future-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our National Sales and Marketing Manager to:- Plan and deliver campaigns that support sales growth and customer engagement.
- Manage our presence across key digital channels - SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Create meaningful content - product updates, service info, campaign messaging - that connects with our audiences.
- Track what’s working (and what’s not), drawing insights from performance data to guide future work.
- Support internal communications and help build a strong, engaged culture through creative campaigns.
- You’ll also stay across industry trends and tools to keep our marketing sharp and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s passionate about marketing, comfortable with digital tools, and always looking to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:- A relevant qualification with hands-on experience in marketing, digital media, or communications.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, social platforms, and SEO.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working across teams and turning ideas into action.
- Bonus if you’ve got a speciality in SEO, content strategy, paid media, or analytics - but we welcome strong generalists too.
- Most importantly, you’re proactive, curious, and ready to grow in a business that values initiative and fresh thinking.
