We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our multi-faceted hospitality venue – combining restaurant, bar, gaming lounge, nightclub and hotel services – all under one roof.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and takes pride in running a tight efficient operation.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing teams in hospitality (bar, restaurant, gaming, and accommodation)
• Strong leadership and people management skills – able to motivate, train, and get the best from your staff
• High attention to detail – from customer service to compliance and presentation standards
• Operationally switched on and capable of assisting with managing rosters, stock, suppliers, and venue systems
• IT savvy – confident with POS systems, venue management software, reporting and information tools, and troubleshooting basic tech issues
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet
• Commitment to deliver a memorable guest experience every time
• Flexibility to work across varied shifts including nights and weekends

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily operations across all venue departments
• Managing and developing staff to perform at their best
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, safety and gaming regulations
• Driving efficiency and smooth service flow
• Taking ownership of venue presentation, atmosphere and vibe, maintenance and agreed standards
• Reporting directly to owners and with insights and recommendations
• Assisting as required with food and beverage service
