What you'll be doing:

  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and match them with the right property solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, open homes and site tours with prospective buyers.
  • Manage leads and opportunities via CRM and follow-up systems.
  • Negotiate and close sales - helping clients secure their next home or investment.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed on market trends, development timelines and product knowledge.

What we're looking for:

  • Residential property sales experience is essential - new build or development sales preferred.
  • 2+ years in high-value or consultative sales (e.g. real-estate or property experience, property managers, mortgage advisor / broker, real-estate investment advisors.)
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a commission-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • NZ Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
