About the Role The Registered Community Mental Health Nurse role is to meetthe needs of people and whanau accessing our services.The care is based oncomprehensive assessment, ensures continuity, and is person/whānau centred,culturally appropriate and evidence-based.
Quality improvement and patientsafety is an important part of this role.
Key priorities of the role are to ensure care is Grounded in Te Tiriti ō Waitangi | Whakapapaki Te Tiriti ō Waitangi.

About you We are lookingfor the following experience and professional requirements:An up-to-date annual practicingcertificate (must have completed relevant postgrad qualifications relatedto mental health.At least 3 years'experience working in a mental health setting, ideally in community mentalhealth and addiction team.A strong commitment to care being provided in the least restrictiveenvironment.
