Part Time Sales, Flexible Hours & Location
Are you passionate about sales, creating business growth, and want to be involved with an online startup?
We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven salesperson to help grow our network by connecting with real estate agents across New Zealand.This is a flexible part-time role ideal for someone experienced in real estate, construction, business development, or outbound sales who enjoys building relationships and opening doors.
The role can be carried out remotely anywhere in the country. The hours worked are flexible according to your needs however as a guide you should be available to work 10 to 20 hours per week, and this must be between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
You will be contracting for a fixed period so will need to be driven, self motivated, confident, and ready to get stuck in.
Your role is to:- Cold call and connect with real estate agents
- Introduce our partnership model & benefits
- Build long-term referral relationships
- Follow up and nurture interested contacts
- Help onboard new referral partners
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Confidence making outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional but friendly phone manner
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- CRM or lead management experience (preferred)
