QC and Dispatch Coordinator - Ashburton
Based in Winchester, South Canterbury
- Hands-on, fast-paced role in QC and dispatch
- Full-time permanent - approx. 45 hours/week
With over 40 years in the industry, the company designs and manufactures world-class agricultural machinery. Known for quality and innovation, they are expanding and looking for a committed QC and Dispatch Coordinator to join their Winchester team.
The Role:You will be responsible for quality checking products, coordinating dispatches, and managing warehouse processes to ensure timely delivery and great customer service.
- QC and dispatch coordination using GoCanvas system
- Pack orders and containers (incl. exports to Australia)
- Freight and courier booking
- Manage stock locations, levels, and warehouse organisation
- Liaise with customers and freight companies
- Assist with stocktakes and continuous process improvement
- 3+ years in dispatch/warehousing (QC experience is an advantage)
- Forklift licence required
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
- Competent with MS Office and freight systems
- Great time management and communication skills
