Senior Quantity Surveyor

This successful Auckland-based contractor has built a trusted brand and continues to secure a strong forward workload. With a mix of their own developments and negotiated projects from long-term clients, they are well positioned for growth and delivery well into 2026.

They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team and ensure the financial success for a new commercial project.

You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.

This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience with relevant tertiary qualifications. The role will be office based but could lead into being site based for a part of project/week. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
