Electrical Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the service, contract and small projects work in Auckland. If you have experience balancing operations, customer relationships, team leadership whilst delivering quality work, please call Katy on 021459391.

• Ensure jobs are planned, resourced and delivered efficiently, safely, and to agreed customer standards
• Drive revenue, margin, and cash recovery through accurate quoting, variation management, purchasing, and timely invoicing
• Provide responsive, professional customer service while building and maintaining strong key account relationships
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage staff to achieve high individual and team performance
• Maintain accurate systems, processes, compliance controls, and job documentation
• Manage job scheduling to optimise workload allocation and meet deadlines
• Assess customer requirements, prepare quotations, and manage variations to ensure full cost recovery
• Achieve continuous improvement, quality standards, and health & safety practices
• Build strong working relationships across teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the electrical maintenance industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key account relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Experience using Fergus job management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
• Results-driven with the ability to meet schedules, KPI targets, and performance expectations
• Experience preparing accurate and competitive quotations for maintenance and project work
• Solid track record of delivering jobs on time, within scope, and in line with quoted costs and profit margins
