This is a great chance to earn good money, work with a supportive team, and play a vital role in keeping road projects running safely and efficiently.

Pay rate: $25 per hour + generous penalty rates for nights and away work

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with traffic management on roadwork projects
• Setting up and removing cones, barriers, and signage
• Directing traffic and ensuring public and worker safety
• Supporting construction and maintenance crews
• Working a mix of day, night, and away shifts

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence (or international equivalent)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and away work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test (with ongoing random testing)
• A clean criminal record
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Previous traffic management or roadwork experience is an advantage, but not essential
