Be responsible for administration needs of the Caregiver Recruitment Support team of Social Work kaimahi including but not limited the following. Assistance with financial plans, data collection and scheduling Liaising with vendors, casual staff, and other stakeholders Work with various cultural groups and people from different backgrounds Booking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception desk Supporting the team with all aspects of Health and Safety Organising welcomes/whakatau for newcomers and whānau as and when required as well as meetings and trainings Dealing with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner This role will based in Grey Lynn, however will require travel to and working from, other sites within the North West Central region (predominantly Westgate and Onehunga) as required.
