This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, flexible and multi-disciplinary team working full time rostered shifts across 7 days a week.This is a fast-paced work environment, providing rapid, skilled intervention to to tāngata whai I te ora experiencing an acute deterioration of mental state.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility are a must, as are high levels of energy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be competent in comprehensive mental state and risk assessments, including suicide and violence risk evaluations to determine any imminent safety needs and appropriate levels of care.
