**The Opportunity**
This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who's passionate about property and eager to learn the industry from the inside. You'll be working across all aspects of our business—from development projects to tenant relationships—gaining diverse experience that will set up your property career for success.

**What You'll Be Doing**
No two days will be the same. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps our projects and properties running smoothly:- Coordinating property maintenance – Managing trades, scheduling repairs, and ensuring our properties are always in top condition
- Supporting our executive team – Providing crucial administrative support that keeps the business moving forward
- Supplier coordination – Building relationships with contractors and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Site deliveries – Getting materials and equipment where they need to be, when they need to be there
- Tenant liaison – Managing enquiries and helping maintain positive tenant relationships
- Property management administration – Handling the essential tasks that keep our management operations efficient
