Supermarket Assistant
New World Hastings is a large format Supermarket in Hawkes Bay. We are locally owned and operated and part of the Foodstuffs North Island Cooperative. New World Hastings services over 20,000 customers weekly with a full range of groceries. Our customer promises are Fair Value, Inspiring Solutions and Awesome Experience.
We have an exciting Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities at New World Hastings as a Supermarket Assistant.
If you have the right can do attitude, then we can provide the necessary training for you to kick start your career.
Key Requirements for the role include.- A "can do" attitude.
- Physically fit able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work well with the team.
- Good Command of written and spoken English.
- Proven customer service skills.
- FMCG, fresh food or food retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Staff discount after 3 months of work.
