Trade Labourer - WLG

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Trade Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Transport and organise materials and tools on-site.
• Support the assembly and installation of structures like decks, fences, and other features.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
