We are pleased to open applications for a Manager in our Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health team here at ICAMHS, Gisborne Hospital, Tairawhiti.

About the Team/Service/ Location

About you
  • Previous experience working in Mental Health and Addictions settings (minimum 3 years)
  • Previous experience working with Infants, Children and Young people
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Reliability and good time management skills are essential
  • Applicants must have a full and current drivers licence.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Recognises and contributes to addressing the social determinants of health
  • Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
  • Experience in projects/initiatives, which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings
