About the Role
We are seeking a Luxury Sales Advisor to join the high-performing team at our new Queen Street flagship. You'll engage with discerning clients, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships through a personalised approach. This role offers the chance to represent premium global brands in an elegant, fast-paced environment that values professionalism, authenticity, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business.
- Confidently engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets to maximise commission and bonus opportunities.
- Maintain presentation standards consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Confident, polished, and customer-focused with a genuine passion for luxury products.
- Strong communicator who can naturally engage and build rapport with clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end fashion is advantageous but not essential.
