So now we're searching for experienced Drainlayers and Drainage Operators who are ready to help us keep delivering results, solving challenges, raising the industry bar, and doing it all safely, and on time.We're especially looking for individuals with strong morals and an awareness of social impacts, who look to minimise any negative effects where able.

Your Day-to-Day:
As a Drainage Operator in our Drainage team, you'll be carrying out a variety of tasks including Infrastructure installation tasks for water treatment equipment and facilities to wastewater pump stations, treatment systems, and everything in between.Installing storm water and sewer pipelines, as well as pressure and gravity infrastructure, for both public and private sector projects. PE welding, confined space entries, telecom and power utility installations, concrete work, occasional landscaping—the list goes on.
We are looking for experienced operators of:- 20tn Excavator Operators
- Drainage Labourers
- Drainlayers
- Multi Skilled Operator with Class 4
What You'll Need
To hit the ground running, you'll generally need:- Experience in the construction industry or something similar
- A current, clean Class 2 Licence
- Experience with excavators, loaders, and compaction equipment is an advantage
- A flexible & adaptable approach with a strong work ethic
- Efficient and forward thinking
- A safety-first mindset
- Be a NZ Citizen, Resident or hold a current NZ Work Visa
- Holding a WTR endorsement
- Class 4 Licence
- Experience operating other machinery
