Our Client

Our client is a highly respected, family-founded civil construction company with a rich history of delivering key infrastructure projects across the Auckland region. They are renowned for their commitment to quality, a tight-knit and supportive team culture, and a leadership style that values collaboration and empowers its people to succeed.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of a variety of civil Bulk earthworks and land development projects. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, programmes, and resources, while ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are maintained on-site.

You will be the key point of contact for clients and consultants, leading your site teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget, all while being supported by a senior leadership team dedicated to your professional growth.

Ideal Candidate
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer or Junior Project Manager within New Zealand's civil construction sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management and project programming.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive a team to success.
  • A solid working knowledge of NZS3910 and relevant NZ construction standards.
