Landscape Gardener - Maintenance

We’re looking for experienced landscape and maintenance gardeners to join our expanding Otago maintenance team. Whether you’re a solid operator who enjoys being part of a good crew, or someone with ambitions to step up over time, we want to hear from you.

This role suits someone who knows their way around gardens, works hard, and cares about doing things properly.

How your day would look:

• Maintaining high quality residential and commercial landscapes
• General gardening work including pruning, hedging, mowing, weeding and planting
• Seasonal care and presentation across premium sites
• Working as part of a supportive, well organised team
• Using professional tools, systems and processes
• Opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility if you want it

What we are looking for:

• Experience in landscape or garden maintenance
• Good plant knowledge and an eye for detail
• Reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Able to work well in a team and follow site standards
• Full NZ work rights and a clean driver’s licence preferred

Bonus skills but not essential:

• Irrigation checks or basic troubleshooting
• Pest and disease identification
• Machinery experience such as hedge trimmers, blowers and mowers
