About the Role
Are you ready to step into a dynamic and rewarding role? We are on the lookout for experienced Casual Security Officers to join our team at - Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Maui, Hawkes Bay.
This exciting role covers both the Hastings Memorial Hospital and the Napier Health Centre, providing 24/7 security services.

About you
You are calm under pressure, proactive, and confident in handling situations independently. Your ability to connect with people and work collaboratively will set you apart.- Experience in security or a related field (healthcare or mental health experience is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Medical and physical fitness suitable for the role
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain a Security Guard License (COA)
