Are you a skilled Plumber with Gasfitting experience looking for a great team, steady work, and a company that values you?We’re expanding and looking for the right person to join our growing crew here in Christchurch.
** About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered or Certifying Plumber/Gasfitter (or someone close to registration) to join our team.
You’ll be working across:
Residential maintenanceRenovations
New builds
Gas installations & servicing
Hot water cylinder upgrades
Fault-finding and repairs
Most days you will be working in a team of two, paired with an apprentice to assist you.This means extra hands on-site, shared workload, and smoother job flow.
** What We’re Looking ForYou should have:
- NZ Plumbing & Gasfitting registration (or working towards it)
- A clean NZ full driver’s licence
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication & customer service
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and oversee an apprentice
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Excellent hourly rate based on experience
- Company vehicle, fuel card, phone & uniform
- Full-time, stable work year-round
- Support with PGDB renewals & ongoing training
- A friendly, supportive team culture
- Opportunities to grow as our business expands
- Daily support from an apprentice to help with workload
