About the Role

• Support participation in classroom learning and activities
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the Team Leader of Learning Support
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

• Is empathetic, patient, and reliable
• Has experience or confidence supporting students with physical or complex needs
• Works well as part of a team and follows guidance
• Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with students and staff
• Is willing to receive training in manual handling and personal care procedures

Experience is preferred but not essential – training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
