Used car sales assistant

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
2. Take pictures of the Newly arrived cars and upload them into our CRM software, trade me and Facebook for marketing.
3. Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
4. Inspect and access on the trade-in value of the customer's used vehicle.
5. organize advertising and promotions for dealerships.
6. Negotiate with painters, panel beaters, and vehicle parts suppliers for smooth and timely delivery of cars.
7. Negotiating within set budgets and closing deals.
8. Understands our CRM by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
9. Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
10. Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
11. Demonstrates dealership facilities by explaining warranties and services.
12. Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
13. Provides sales management information by completing reports.
14. Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays daily.
15. Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Full driver’s license required.
