We specialise in structural pipe relining using ProKASRO UV-CIPP systems, hot water curing, and SIPP (spray-in-place pipe epoxy coatings).Our work spans local infrastructure and offshore installations, combining precision, innovation, and hands-on experience to deliver long-term pipeline solutions.
Role Description:This is a full-time, field-based role for a Pipe Relining Technician – UV CIPP Installer, working from our Palmerston North base across regional and national and projects, we are expanding our team due our increased workload.
You’ll be part of a tight crew responsible for:- Installing CIPP and UV-CIPP liners using ProKASRO CCU and hot water systems
- Prepping job sites for relining (CCTV, access, glide foil, calibration)
- Operating curing equipment and ensuring QA is met to spec
- Supporting spray lining (SIPP) and manhole rehab jobs as needed
- Maintaining relining equipment and assisting with project logistics
- You’ll be working alongside our dedicated CCTV inspection team, but may assist where required for pre-lining checks and QA
If you’re keen for a challenge, there may be opportunities to join offshore deployments (FPSO and oil & gas infrastructure) — not mandatory, but available for the right candidate and full training provided
What You’ll Need:- Minimum 2 years' experience in CIPP relining (UV-CIPP preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working with pressure systems, curing units, and wet-out procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
- Physically fit and able to work in varied environments and weather
- Willing to travel for project work (accommodation & allowances provided)
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence (class 1)
- Confined space/working at heights tickets are a bonus
- You must be eligible to work in New Zealand
