Warehouse Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a warehouse coordinator for a 6months fixed term contract, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive stores and inventory control support. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of warehouse transactions, purchasing processes, and financial recordkeeping while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day stores and warehousing operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchasing requests and inventory transactions.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and accurately enter data into JDE.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for stores and stock items as required.
- Investigate and correct stores allocation discrepancies relating to projects and work orders.
- Provide general administrative support to the Regional Logistics team.
- Assist with the implementation of logistics process and system improvements.
- Work closely with internal customers to promptly resolve stores and warehousing transactional issues.
- Maintain accurate financial and inventory records to ensure compliance and reporting integrity.
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, stores, or inventory control.
- Strong data entry skills and experience working with ERP systems (JDE experience highly regarded).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
