We are looking for a Superstar Duty Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in our restaurant.

Location:- Napier & Auckland

• Ensure the environment within the restaurant is always top notch.
• Guarantee the customer journey for your restaurant is being followed by all team members.
• Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.
• Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensuring that the store facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
• Selecting, training and supervising staff working under.

• You should have a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Perform shift operations.
• An ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations.
• A current LCQ Certificate & Duty Managers Certificate or in the process of obtaining your Managers Certificate.
