Full-time Receptionist / Law Clerk

Wells & Co is a three-partner firm with offices in Remuera and Howick. We provide a wide range of legal services to business and private clients. We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Receptionist / Law Clerk based at our Remuera office.
Duties will include general legal support and administration, including:- Clerical duties including file and deeds management.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Arranging couriers and outgoing mail.
- Assisting solicitors with any other duties as required.
The role will suit a positive and motivated graduate.
Prior law office experience is preferred, although it is not essential.
Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
