Forklift Driver / Yard Person
Auckland
Rural Direct Ltd is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Forklift / Yard Person to join our busy Papakura team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing and yard environment, with a strong focus on truck loading and unloading. You’ll be responsible for moving stock safely and efficiently, maintaining yard organisation, and ensuring accurate documentation of goods in and out.

Key Responsibilities:- Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Operating forklifts within the yard and factory
- Picking, stacking, and storing stock accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised yard
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Carrying out daily forklift checks and basic maintenance

What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 2 years’ forklift driving experience
- Valid forklift licence
- Full driver’s licence
- Must have a valid NZ work visa
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
