As an integral part of the perioperativemultidisciplinary team, our Anaesthetic Technicians are involved in thedelivery of complex surgical care across our sites operating departmentsdelivering acute and elective surgical services.
From obstetrics to trauma toECT to paediatrics, and everything in between; we are an acute and electivecentre that offers it all.Christchurch Campus is situated in the city next toour beautiful Hagley Park; in spring you can walk under the blossoms.
If yourshift is at Burwood Hospital, you- ll be able to head down to New Brighton Beachfor an after-work swim or cruise around Bottle Lake Forrest.We also offer you the support to be able to safelynavigate all elements of growing and developing your practice withinPerioperative Practice.About the TeamWe are a varied team, made up of Registered AnaestheticTechnicians, Operating Department Practitioner
- s (ODP's), Registered NurseAssistant to the Anaesthetist (RNAA
- s) and locum/agency staff, from a hugerange of backgrounds.
