- Measure materials for accurate ordering.
- Install roofing as per National Building Regulations and supplier guidelines.
- Track and solve roof leaks and address design issues.
- Identify and report contract variations.
- Collaborate with clients, prioritizing excellent communication.
- Ensure project safety, specifications, quality, cleanliness, and workmanship.
- Complete assigned metal roofing tasks.
- Ideally 3-5 years of metal roofing or related trade experience.
- Experience measuring and quoting jobs.
- Comfort with trade-based phone applications.
- A customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and deadline-driven work ethic.
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliability, honesty, and availability for early starts.
- (Highly regarded) Site Safe, First Aid, EWP, and Working at Heights training.
- Valid Full Class 1 Driver Licence.
- NZ Residents/Citizens and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
