Be part of an expanding and innovative MPES team who live the values of Whakaiti, Manaakitanga, Kaitiakitanga, Whanaungatanga and Tikanga.

The successful candidate will have experience in engaging different partners and stakeholders within the community and wider district, and influencing the mind-set of those they work with in order to better provide resolutions that support iwi and community needs.

You will bridge and enhance relationships with Māori communities and develop positive relationships for safer communities together.

There is also a need to be dynamic, adjusting your mahi to suit the changing demands and needs of the community, including diversifying to work closely with our ethnic and Pasifika communities.

Utu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $87,306 and $91,353 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
