Factory & Production Team Member

EasyBuild is a Kiwi owned and operated, off-site manufacturer of residential housing. Our homes are distributed via our national network of EasyBuild Licensed builders. We manufacture highly thermally efficient wall panels, floor, and roof components, which are then transported via shipping container to building sites across Aotearoa and assembled on-site to complete our high-quality homes.

With an established and growing factory in Upper Hutt, we are looking for a motivated builder to join our factory team. You may have a few years’ experience under your belt, be a newly qualified builder, or at the end of your apprenticeship. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in an offsite construction or manufacturing business.

• Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and manoeuvre materials and components

This role is ideal for self-motivated, dedicated, and energetic individuals who can work unsupervised, are keen to learn, and are able to operate machinery safely in a local facility.

You’ll be working with window joinery, framing, and panel systems, so attention to detail and relevant experience are essential. On-the-job training is provided.
