Site Manager - Tauranga

Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements: At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.

At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage horticultural maintenance and landscaping activities across multiple sites.

Organise work schedules, allocate tasks to staff, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Liaise with clients to understand service requirements and manage expectations.

Train, supervise, and support team members on safe horticultural practices and the use of equipment.

Monitor plant health and site conditions; recommend and implement improvements as needed.

Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of horticultural tools, machinery, and vehicles.

Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and staff performance.

Report incidents, site issues, or delays to senior management promptly
