We’re Hiring: Kitchen Lead + Pizza Cooks (Full-Time & Part-Time)

At Eddyline Pizzeria, our food is simple — what makes it great is the care we put into it. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for smart, accountable, team-oriented people who take pride in what they do.

What the job looks like

Morning shifts (start 11am–12pm): set up the kitchen, make a prep list, mix and portion dough, and complete prep tasks in order of urgency.
Service: assemble and cook pizzas, communicate within a small team, keep a tidy workspace, and keep things running smoothly.
Evening shifts (start 3–5pm): join a team of 3–5 cooks to smash out dinner service.
End of shift: clean and reset your station (15–60 minutes depending on the night).

Note: availability for some dinner shifts is essential.

Kitchen Lead – Additional Responsibilities

For applicants with more experience, we’re also looking for a Kitchen Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Alongside the responsibilities above, you’ll:

Train and mentor new staff.

Manage food ordering and maintain records.

Oversee prep and hold the team accountable to high standards.

Ensure the cleaning schedule is followed.

Lead by example with performance, consistency, and teamwork.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, supporting others, and setting the pace in a busy but supportive environment.

For the kitchen lead role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in the kitchen and some experience supervising or training others.

Full time and part time roles available. Permanent and fixed term agreement options.
