Automotive Technician

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic for our Stanmore Bay workshop. You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and get back on the road quickly and safely.
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
NZ Drivers Licence.
Flexible working hours or part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles
- Performing scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and brake inspections
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying any required repairs
- Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers
- Assisting with other workshop duties as needed
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Automotive Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of automotive tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid NZ driver's licence
Requirements:
Be eligible to work in New Zealand.A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
