Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with a strong background in coffee preparation and café operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages following standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Barista Skills: Maintain proficiency in operating coffee machines, grinders, and other related equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members, providing support and training when necessary.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Technical Ability: Ability to operate and troubleshoot coffee machines and other equipment.
