I. Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management
- Manage our social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Plan and create engaging content (videos, reels, stories, images, captions) that showcases our food, culture, and customer experiences.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal community.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics (likes, shares, saves, reach, follower growth, etc.) and use insights to improve engagement.
- Content Creation & Video Production
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (e.g., cooking processes, staff interviews, food preparation, trending audio).
- Write compelling captions and script ideas that resonate with local and Indian audiences.
- Keep up to date with social trends and challenges relevant to food and lifestyle content.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Assist with the planning and execution of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights (CTR, conversion rate, ROI, etc.).
- Coordinate promotions, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Keep an eye on New Zealand’s hospitality and food trends, especially within the Indian community.
- Analyse competitors and consumer behaviours to help shape our marketing direction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our online reach and customer base.
II. What We’re Looking For
Required:- Strong video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Good understanding of Indian cuisine, festivals, and cultural nuances.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Photography or graphic design skills.
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Fluency in Hindi or Punjabi is a plus but not essential.
