About the Role
No two days are the same! You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to your teams
- Problem-solving and ensuring service excellence
- Training and developing staff
- Managing operational costs effectively
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Supporting the wider business in achieving its goals
About You
You're a polished, energetic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service. You bring 3-5 years of operational and management experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where leadership and initiative matter.
