We’re looking for a motivated and people-focusedAssistant Store Managerto support the team atQueen Street store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.
Here’s what’s on offer: Role – Assistant Store Manager- Rostered Hours:
- Monday 9:30am – 5:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am
- 5:00pm, Wednesday 10:00a.m
- 5:00p.m, Thursday 10:00
- 5:00pm, Sunday 9:30am – 4:00pm
- Minimum Hours: 32.5 per week
- Hourly Rate: $26.50 per hour
- Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
- Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
- Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
- Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
- Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
- Have retail leadership experience or you’re ready for that next step
- Are passionate about people, service, and results
- Know how to lead by example and energise a team
- Stay calm and organised under pressure
- Have a strong eye for detail and store presentation
