Service Tech / Sales Consultant

We are predominately providing machinery to the Retail, Wholesale and Industrial Baking Industry since 1979 in Australia and New Zealand and are based in Albany, Auckland. We are seeking an experienced, mature, honest and reliable full-time mechanical/electrical service personnel with a sense of humour to work in our small business.
Remuneration will be discussed with suitable candidates.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with onsite parking included.
Applicants will:- Have a high level of competence and computer literacy, including MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Have an ideal minimum three years of equipment servicing experience including electrical registration or similar experience in the Bakery industry
- Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Be highly organized and able to manage your own time effectively, with the ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise work
- Be flexible and able to adapt to business needs and fluctuating work requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to work proactively, with the ability to work within a team environment and alone
- Handling shipping arrangements, spare parts sales/quotes and dispatch
- Invoice of service and parts
- Assistance with procurement and sales quoting
- Pre-delivery service checks
- Some light lifting required
- Equipment ordering and sales
