Based in the heart of Hamilton City, Ray White Real Estate has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our fantastic team.
This permanent part-time position will be supporting our Accounts Manager for approximately 30 hours per week, with the flexibility for increased hours to cover leave and busy periods. The successful applicant must have NZ/AU residency or citizenship.
If you pride yourself on accuracy and have excellent numerical skills, along with a passion for numbers and percentages, then look no further. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with a wide variety of professionals.An understanding of Xero and Excel is essential. Experience with Real Estate accounts, reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, IRD requirements, employment law, and payroll is favourable; however, great in-house training will be available.
Enthusiasm, diligence, and a passion for accounts is a must, along with the ability to deal with large volumes of data in an efficient manner.
